Andrew D. Lynch

Mr. Lynch was born and raised near Des Moines, Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa where he received a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology, graduating in only three years as an honors program member. Mr. Lynch then attended the University of Iowa College of Law, one of the top-ranked law schools in the nation. While in law school, he received a merit scholarship, served on the Journal of Corporation Law and was a finalist in the Mock Trial Competition. Mr. Lynch graduated with distinction in the top quarter of his class.

After law school, Mr. Lynch began his practice at one of Arizona's largest and most prestigious law firms, Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P. At Snell & Wilmer, he focused his practice on commercial litigation and personal injury law, representing one of the nation's largest automobile manufacturers.

After leaving Snell & Wilmer, Mr. Lynch continued his practice at Ekmark & Ekmark, L.L.C., a well respected real estate firm specializing in homeowner association law. While at Ekmark & Ekmark, he concentrated his practice on litigation and advising related to real estate and homeowner association issues. Mr. Lynch also successfully lobbied various governmental agencies on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Lynch is the founder of The Lynch Law Firm. He has earned an excellent reputation as a talented litigator with complete dedication to his clients.

Andrew Lynch is licensed to practice law in Arizona and in the United States District Court of Arizona.
